Your placenta must be stored below 5 degrees within a couple of hours of birth.
When you book my services, you have the option to rent purchase one of my collection coolers with a digital thermometer inside that you can connect to your phone by an APP. It will warn you of any temperature fluctuations and let you know if you need to add more ice to the cooler while you wait for me to arrive. This is a safety mechanism in case baby arrives during the night and I cannot collect until the next day. I will meet your support person outside the hospital for handover.
As soon as you know that labour is starting, call me or email me to let me know so that I can clear my calendar to be ready to come and collect your placenta.
Your capsules will be couriered to you on day 3 after collection. If you live within 20 miles of me then I will deliver them to you.
Traditional Chinese Medicine Method
TCM Method
The Traditional Chinese Medicine process aims to replace the warmth lost in your uterine space. Your placenta is examined, washed, photographed if requested, and steamed with lemon, ginger and chilies. It is then ground into a very fine powder and put inside capsules for ease of taking. This placenta supplement is so beneficial. This method provides a more nuanced effect without causing a jittery feeling. This is recommended if there is meconium (baby's first poo) present when your baby arrives.
This usually generates around 150 pills

Raw Encapsulation Method
This method excludes the steaming process and I dehydrate your raw placenta, This is a more potent strength of capsule and usually generates around 200 capsules. This isn't recommended for anyone that suffers with anxiety as it can exacerbate it.
